What does the MASH development process look like?
Five stages: a free discovery consultation, a fixed-scope proposal, UX/UI design, agile development with weekly check-ins, and launch with ongoing support. You get a single point of contact and full visibility into progress at every stage.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
About 1–2 hours per week. You review designs and working builds at each sprint checkpoint and give feedback; we handle everything else. Major decisions are always yours — we never move to the next stage without your sign-off.
What happens after my project launches?
We stay on as your technical partner. Launch includes a handover, documentation, and a support window; after that you can continue with a maintenance plan that covers monitoring, fixes, improvements, and new features as your business grows.
